This 3 day even t is going to be one of the best Ford Raptor events to date. The Phoenix t rack offers 1500 acres of trails specifically setup for Ford Raptors and t hey will be exclusive to the participants of this event. As in the past pa rticipants will receive event t-shirts\, swag packs (including sponsor ite ms\, stickers and/or brochures) and door placards.\nPresented by\n\nThe ch ange of location has allowed GLRE to offer participants of the event the f ollowing changes and additions:\n\n The best track prep of any Raptor Eve nt location\n One of the best Ford Raptor off-road tracks to date\n 22 D egree hill climb\n No large rocks\n High speed areas\n Jumps specifical ly made for raptors\n Technical but very fun woods sections\n Amazing va ntage points to see the track and fun below\n Grassy Vendor area\n Night Driving *Aux lighting is a must\n Massive Bonfire\n Onsite camping\n G reat hotels within 5 miles\n Taco Bell\n Track prep/repair during the ev ent by heavy equipment operators with decades of experience and much\, muc h more!\n\nRegistration \n\nAll participants will receive the following:\ n\n Unlimited track time during operation hours\n Event T-shirts\n Acce ss to the Banquet/Raffle\n Two Truck Placards with your choice of number\ n\nRegistration Cost\n\n $350.00 per truck (includes Driver + 1 Co-Driver )\n $50.00 per additional passenger\n $125.00 for Non Driving Raptor Own er. (These participants will not receive placards or be allowed to drive o n track)\n\nRegistration CLOSED\nThursday (7/30/2015)\n\n Event registrat ion will be at the track beginning at 2000\n Bonfire and music will be go ing on as well.\n\nFriday (7/31/2015)\n\n 0900 mandatory driver’s meeti ng with GLRE\n After the driver’s meeting there will be a paced recon l ap lead by GLRE support staff.\n After the pace lap trucks will stage and begin running the course\n Track will be open 0900-1800*\n Track prep b etween 1800-1930\n\nKC HiLiTES Night Run\n\n\n Track open 1930-2359*\n O ff-Road Auxiliary Lighting is required to participate in the night run.\n At approximately 2000 there will be paced recon lap lead by GLRE Support Staff\n\nSaturday (8/1/2015)\n\n 0900 mandatory driver’s meeting with G LRE\n Track is open from 0930-1830*\n\nCharity Banquet\n\n\n Banquet wil l be at 1900\n Charity Raffle benefiting Be The Match\n The banquet will begin at 1900\, shortly after everyone gets dinner the Charity Raffle wil l begin.\n After the banquet &\; raffle there will be a large bonfire and music for participants\n\nSunday (8/2/2015)\n\n The course direction will change for a new experience\n 0900 mandatory driver’s meeting with GLRE\n Track will be open 0900-1400*\n\n* Sections of track my close for maintenance throughout the event\n\nFRF’s Havoc in Hills III Rules\n\n 100% Sober Driving.\n Alcohol consumption will not be tolerated on trail s or any time you are driving. Remember the track is private property.\n Illegal drug use will not be tolerated. Same as alcohol consumption\n Do not tailgate\n No littering\, leave the track in better condition than yo u arrived\n Know the limitations of your driving ability and your Raptor in the conditions.\n No whiners!\n Everyone in your vehicle must have a filled out GLRE waiver. NO Exceptions! You will not be allowed to particip ate without everyone having a completed waiver.\n\nRequired Items\n\n All maintenance up to date and no major issues\n Good tires\n Spare tire an d tire plug/patch kit. Spare can be located under truck\n Snell 2000 or n ewer Helmets* Contact with questions\n Tow strap at least 20’ and rated to pull the truck and 2 D rings\n Close toed shoes: No sandals\n Outdoo r clothing: This event is rain or shine so like above have the appropriate clothing for the weather conditions.\n\nRecommended additional items\n\n You do not need a Co-pilot but it is recommended to help with communicati on traffic and navigating the trails.
